Huhu i have a problem,
I cant trade items from vault to char and store to char etc.
I habe spend some money at store and i havent spam in chats or something else.
My mainchar is quinzina and i dont know how long this penalty will go and what i have done to get this. Only think i have killed a red player 1 time.
Can u find it out for me? Thanks in forward. I still want play

There are a few reasons why you have been locked out.

1: You have broken terms and violations
2: Or used hacks.

About penaltys maybe some harsher penalties should be put into affect after there name turns red like if they keep killing they get kicked off the map
